Our Mission...

Sophia's Grove brings women together in Interspiritual community to promote peace and relationship. We build understanding between different faith traditions by sharing the wisdom (Sophia) we have in common, in Nature and with Horses (Equine-Assisted Learning/EAL).
We create safe, intercultural spaces for women to share their opinions; we encourage women leaders of the future to bring wisdom, empathy, & compassion to efforts towards peace and other areas of conflict resolution.

Land Acknowledgment

Sophia's Grove acknowledges we are situated on the traditional Land of the Tonkawa peoples, with great respect and reverence for the native history held by the Land. We continue to learn about the Land through our role as stewards and our growing awareness of Indigenous culture and sacred practices. We look forward to learning and sharing more of their history which teaches us all how to walk more gently and to live in greater harmony with Mother Earth, with Sophia, and with each other.
